Our Brewery

At Bounty, craft beer isn’t just what we make, it’s what we live for. Proudly based in North Carolina, we’re a local brewery rooted in craftsmanship, sustainability, and a deep love for the land and the people around us.

Every Bounty beer begins with the finest ingredients – premium grains, fresh hops, and pure water,  all carefully selected to create brews full of flavor, character, and quality. Our brewery team consists of passionate artisans, blending traditional techniques with a touch of creativity to craft brews that are unmistakably true to North Carolina. Everything is brewed on-site at our microbrewery in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

But our commitment doesn’t stop at the last pour. Once the brewing is done, our used grains find new life: local farmers pick them up and feed them to their livestock, creating a sustainable, full-circle process that supports the community we love.

At Bounty, we believe beer should do more than taste great — it should reflect the place it comes from. That’s why everything we do is tied to the bounty of North Carolina: its farms, its people, and its spirit.

So whether you’re visiting our taproom, enjoying a cold one on your porch, or sharing a pint with friends, you’re part of something bigger. You’re part of our community. Our craft. Our Bounty.

Cheers from North Carolina!

The Brewing Process

1. Harvesting and Malting

The brewing journey at Bounty begins with the careful selection of grains, primarily barley, though wheat, oats, and rye are also utilized. These grains undergo malting, a process that allows them to partially germinate, forming the essential starches and enzymes necessary for fermentation.

2. Mashing

The malted grains are then combined with water in a process known as mashing. This step converts the starches into fermentable sugars, resulting in a sweet liquid called "wort." At Bounty, our beer begins in our grain silo and is converted into mash with the addition of water, ensuring a fresh and flavorful base for fermentation.

3. Fermentation and Aging

The wort is transferred to fermentation vessels, where yeast is added. The yeast consumes the sugars, producing alcohol and carbon dioxide. The beer is then aged in custom-designed brewhouse tanks, allowing flavors to develop and mature.

4. Serving Fresh Beer

Once the beer has reached its optimal flavor profile, it's ready to be served. We offer our brews in various sizes, including pints, half pints, and growlers for those who wish to enjoy their beer at home. Not sure what to try first? You can also sample all of our brews with a custom flight!
